he entered the false strategic review in order that he didn't have to engage. This was part of him throwing his toys out of the pram after he was initially refused the authority to issue shares at will and he had been voted out which was overturned by a show of hands.
As soon as the agm vote was passed on the 20th Nov, the strategic review was quoshed due to lack of interest and life gets back to normal with dilution starting to raise it's head again as soon as he is back on a "full wage".

On 2nd Nov RNS the circular was released:

· give the Directors general authority to allot Ordinary Shares; and

· dis-apply statutory pre-emption rights in relation to the general authority to allot Ordinary Shares."

On the 20th Nov all resolutions were passed (Less than 2 hours after issuing equity for the SPA)

The facts are he has lied through his teeth and over ruled the previous vote to get him out which he lost.
He has presided over backroom placings with primary bid with no notice and the reasons given for the share price destroying placings to let his mates in the city in cheaper (he's not finished with that yet by the way as the way this board is being manipulated clearly shows) have never come to fruition yet he has deemed it reasonable for him to increase his own salary to an unreasonable level.
Since taking over he has only done a couple of workovers (badly) and reconnected an old pipeline to sell the gas at a discount. All for circa $50Million!
