Big increase from a low share price... remember it was over £6 awhile back.. now I am a postman have been for over 20 years..rm always want more from postman and never happy with anything .. mail centers tend to be for... in my experience postman who are.. shall we say used up.. knackers yard...from what I know far to many staff in mail centers walking like zombies or a closed group of certain people...not everyone... most rm workers are diamonds really good people...Anyway what I'm saying is as in most frontline jobs be it postman or shelf stockist etc they are always the ones that have to physically work harder and harder .. my particular case is I can get the round done and lapsing now letters have backed off.. but if it picks up then its a problem again...the last 6 months has given rm the idea that they can cut lots of jobs because they look at the pda data..
We're expecting a revision on this and I full expect a quarter of another round to be added to mine..wont be possible to do but by putting pressure on the younger ones who will cut corners ..running etc they will make it work of a sort in the end.. personally I'm hopeful of volunteering for redundancy as its taking its toll

I dont particularly care if you see it or not... some on here want any news available so its for them . After all I've seen it already
