Arato Global covertable loan notes14 Apr 2020 18:49
Good afternoon everyone. I hope all are coping well in these very strange times.
Todays RNS
Well looking back on our past RNS, Arato Global have converted from the 1.5 million CLN
12th April 2019 £150000, shares issued 1966888
13th May 2019, £100000, shares issued 1441664
26th May 2019, £100000, shares issued 1702251
10th Sept 2019, £85000, shares issued 1482356
25th Sept 2019, £50000, shares issued 1441860
14th April 2020, £70000, shares issued 5267118
therefore the have converted a total of £555,000 and a total amount of share being 13,302,137 shares with an average price of 4.135p
I was under the impression we were going to pay off the last £1m via the pay off for drilling the first Morroccan well, so I am a little confused why they have gone over £500k. could someone explain this to me, hopefully today was the last conversion, and the remaining £945,000 we owe coming from the drilling refund
I wonder how many of these 13million shares Arato still hold, I am convinced they were flogging a fair amount from the new year.
thoughts on these calculations would be much appreciated. crazy how cheap these shares are for what we have going forward
