There can be no doubt arato are flogging their conversion stock. Let’s hope to god they don’t convert anymore. To be fair I am pretty sure Paul never expected the market cap to be as low as this

Raised the piggy bank and bought 14982 bargain basement shares to bring my average down a bit closer to placing price. Managed to give the SP a tick up!

It is very frustrating Mr Market Maker. At least our cash burn is negligible and our recent drop from near 3p to these paltry levels is entirely due to sentiment. (The killer was the arato conversion. Let’s hope they don’t decide to convert again at these prices). The selling of these conversions no doubt hasn’t helped nor has the collapse in oil price. Just as well we are not producing at the moment. Let’s just prove up the CO2 project in Trinidad and look to drill in Morocco in 2-3 months time when by the. Hopefully lockdowns around the world have eased and poo has risen and stabilised. We are at least well funded for our projects and will be one of the few juniors who will survive this crisis. I will be topping up on Friday

We are very fortunate in raising just before the global meltdown and with such a low cash burn wait we can afford to wait for Morocco lock down to end (remember we are drilling for gas there not oil) we can wait for Trinidad once we have proved the CO2 project. Predator will survive this meltdown but I suspect a few other small cap stocks especially with debt will not. Keep adding at these levels if you can. For me the plus side is I have no brought my average down to just over placing price

Ha I did like the bit where Malcy likened PRD to the Greta Thunberg of oil companies. He is right thousand as with our CO2 project with or without CERP in the future our emissions will be so much lower than traditional practices that we will have mastered the art of this and will be in great demand world wide in years to come. That’s for me why Predator is a Long Term hold. Very excited about the Ireland assets also. I am very envious at new investors being able to buy in at these prices considering we only have 207 million shares in issue despite recent placing and conversions

The terms of the placing prohibit the board from paying off the cln. That was due to come from the payment received for completion of Morocco well. Let’s hope the company have had a discussion with arato perhaps allowing that one low conversion as a sweetener for the covid related delay of drill?

Well looking back on our past RNS, Arato Global have converted from the 1.5 million CLN

therefore the have converted a total of £555,000 and a total amount of share being 13,302,137 shares with an average price of 4.135p

I was under the impression we were going to pay off the last £1m via the pay off for drilling the first Morroccan well, so I am a little confused why they have gone over £500k. could someone explain this to me, hopefully today was the last conversion, and the remaining £945,000 we owe coming from the drilling refund

I wonder how many of these 13million shares Arato still hold, I am convinced they were flogging a fair amount from the new year.

So that’s the RNS that Arratto Global have converted £70k of Loan notes. Could possibly have been them short selling recently. Onwards and upwards. 207 million shares in issue and a lot to look forward to here. Fully funded and CO2 Trinidad profitable at $20. I believe we will pay off the last million of loan notes from £1m given to us on completion of well in morrocco which is a good bit of business

Been a terrible quarter but it does look like prd are in an excellent position to move forward. I would expect the next significant news is the CO2 results from Trinidad with CERP. Drilling should start fairly soon when Morocco lifts restrictions

First time I have see WNTS alone on the ask. They want you to sell at 2.3p and buy off them for 3.3p

Heavy buying just below 2.5p. Once that goes should move quickly up to 3p
