@thorenergyplc twitter cannot be found at the mo. If you are going to release an RNS have the Web address & twitter account up & running. Very shoddy, not impressed.

Would have liked to see some solid results to give the new entity a boost.
Results are still outstanding on several fronts.
The new Web address redirects to Thor Mining, so not a good start or impression.

Just the spread being moved around. Nothing to get too excited about.

The Company will also seek shareholder approval to change the Company's name to "Thor Energy Plc" at a General Meeting of shareholders expected to be held on 4 January 2023. The proposed name change is intended to reflect the Company's greater focus on its uranium assets within its portfolio.

Is it due to the announcement on the ASX?

That's not Thor Mining.

This from Envirocopper clears it up. Envirocopper need to update their details.
In August 2019, ECR Pty Ltd was merged into a new entity EnviroCopper Ltd, for our second project near Kadina on Yorke Peninsula also in SA, with Joint Venture partner Andromeda Metals (ASX:ADN).

What does it say at the bottom of the page on their website Scorpio?

SUBSTANTIAL COPPER RESOURCE - KAPUNDA PROJECT, SOUTH AUSTRALIA

INFERRED ISR COPPER RESOURCE OF 119,000 TONNES CONTAINED COPPER

The Board of Thor Mining Plc ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR), is pleased to announce that a substantial resource estimate containing 119,000 tonnes of copper, considered amenable to insitu recovery techniques ("Insitu Recovery" or "ISR"), has been released today by Environmental Copper Recovery SA Pty Ltd. ("ECR") and Terramin Australia Limited ("Terramin" ASX: "TZN").

There's been radio silence on Kapunda apart from OZ Minerals ousting 2.5million into ECR. I asked in April what was the progress on the push/pull trials. Nicole replied with this:

"The RNS went out when ECR commenced the push/pull test work, which was approved by govt agency. The first component of the test work has been completed and we are waiting on results from this to establish baseline parameters prior to commencing the second phase of testing.

I anticipate the second phase being underway in the next week."

No results have been forthcoming. So we are still in the dark about ECR's progress.

RNS 10th Oct states that the samples will be tested at Bereau Veritas in Adelaide, not Kalgoorie.

ASX announcement out, disappointingly bad results & correction to initial results from Kelly's. Got to wonder when they knew. Not a good look.

News out from ASX. Rock chip samples show high grade copper & gold.

Seems like a POW agenda going on here on Thor BB. Thor have sold some shares in POW, but not all, we don't know if they've sold more. They are limited to how many they can sell, so to same they've dumped the lot is incorrect.
