RE: Dilution?28 Dec 2020 06:10
"Here is the problem, why would you invest here? The fear would be further dilution, do this and an investors investment is worthless.
The asset becomes worthless as there will be so many shares and share holders there is no point in being invested." Excuse me, what are you talking about? I'm afraid AIM is not for you, you shouldn't invest in a company at this stage of development. £4m market cap after a placing to raise £2m and world class assets which "will become worthless" during metals boom? These small caps don't make money and have to have funds to prove what they have in the ground. A few days ago I mentioned UFO. In February they raised £700k at a 30% discount at 0.15p. Then its sp dropped another 30+% to nearly 0.09p and suddenly they got noticed by the market and rocketed 30fold on rising silver and copper price. More faith m8 and stop that doom and gloom attitude. Big risk big potential reward. Apart from EUZ I'm also invested in another potential multibagger with world class assets ( 56.4 million tonnes of magnetite ore, which the JORC compliant mineral resources demonstrates holds 1.4 billion pounds weight of Vanadium - equivalent to four times annual global Vanadium demand; 27 million tons of High Purity Iron in situ; and 8.3 million tonnes of titanium). Do you know what is the company's market cap? Just £7m. They raised funds last month at a much bigger discount to mid market price than EUZ. On its bb the same doom and gloom like here because "management hasn't delivered yet.." Patience, patience and once again patience. Metals boom is coming.
