Maybe it has something to do with the acquisition of Netcall- " it is anticipated that the consideration due to Netcall shareholders would be payable in a mixture of cash and Eckoh shares". Does it mean a possible shares issuue? As I am "new" to ECK please correct me if I'm wrong. All views welcome.

Fortunately I sold IRG on Monday. I'm afraid I was wrong here and unfortunately you may be right. Looks like times of 30-40% spikes "on nothing" of shares which have constantly failed to deliver are over. Nevertheless I wish all TRP shareholders good luck.
