That was at 10.875 & it’s now 7.175 but still no revenue so I presume it should go lower based on your valuation philosophy on Dark?

They’ve upped their sales forecast for the year & over the prospectus

I’d love more at 550 but other than “I’d like to buy cheaperl” you’ve not really said why 550?

There has been a lot of consolidation around 600 to 640 which should be a strong enough base to re push back at 790

On L2 there are still generally more buyers than sellers

I like a bargain to but if the last seat on the plane to my Hawaii holiday is 2,000 I’m going to buy it vs try and get for 1,500 while somebody else buys it & i’m stuck watching the rain while somebody else has a nice holiday

ARR is 340m with 44% growth & forecast raised so 3 years out looking at 705m ARR giving 5.5x on your current valuation in line with forecast growth
Cloudstrike is valued @ $54B with circ $805m ARR so 67x current revenue
Most US CC loud companies at this stage are 30-60x I’m high growth mode with solid ARR
