Absolutely, and it is worth emphasising that NB who obviously has a lot more insight than any of us actually purchased the majority of his shares with hard cash.

Steve - I watched the meeting twice, made many notes and guess what, I came away full of confidence.
Interesting that NB has amassed approx 160M shares in the company (approx 5%) the majority of which he has actually paid for - he seems to be pretty confident as well.
Actually, I think you are confident, I reckon you are just looking for your next trade and hoping to get in below 0.3p.

Earl of Aim - You keep saying "DO THE MATHS", I would add to that READ THE RNS. I have done both as below:

During Q4 we produced 9.7 Mboe of gas and sold 36.1 MMcf for $109,000

During Q1 we can add the gas produced from JKT01Z and on 24th Feb we were producing at 128 boe per day. If we were producing this for the whole quarter this would be an extra 11.6 Mboe.

Based upon Q4, pro rata this would produce revenue of $240,000, however with reference to the RNS of the 24th Jan the Gas Sales Agreement has been renegotiated for Q1 and the price has increased by approx 30% therefore this would make the revenue for a whole quarter of $312,000.

As we were not producing at this rate for the whole quarter I believe when the Q1 operations update is issued around 7th April I think it will show a gas revenue for Q1 of approx $300,000

Can I make a suggestion, you READ THE RNS and DO THE MATHS and then tell us all what YOU expect the Gas Revenue to be in the Q1 Operations Report that will be due in approx two weeks time.

And then when the report is published we can all see who is the closest!!

Word of warning, Q4 revenue was unusually high because we sold more oil in that quarter than we produced in that quarter. Earlier in the year Block inherited 29,000 BoO from the Schulmberger deal and that had a knock on effect to the oil inventory down the line. It was planned to do an oil sale in Jan/Feb, 2022 so if that is the only sale in Q1 the revenue may not be as much as you think. If there is a second oil sale in March then yes we should have some decent revenue.
Personally I will be paying more attention to the actual production rates for the quarter and looking very closely at the decline rates.

I wonder if there will be a further RNS re the proposed Gfinity JV prior to the investor update?

Cautious - Broadly agree with your good self.
Started my own graphs a while back, in £ & $, had to move up from A4 size to A3 size as I was going off the top of the page!!! (You can see I am high tech)
On the wages front, if I remember correctly I think some Directors / Management were still taking payment in shares but I also think MOS have taken on some extra members of staff in the last six months.

ME has taken his share of the Krunch deal in Shares and not cash in his back pocket as you implied - I wonder why??

Firstly, in the case of ME it is shares and not money that has headed into his pocket.
Secondly, why would ME take his portion in shares if he thought the share price would not recover.

This was always going to happen at some stage so now it is done and out the way.
At first glance it looks to me as though ME took all his share of the proceeds in shares whereas TG/ME took shares and cash.
ME now holds 4.53% of MOS shares, more than any other Director.

As Madmanrob says, all will be revealed in the Q1 results.
Don't forget, Block do not get to sell all the oil they produce, State of Georgia take their chunk first.

Expected some negativity here today from certain quarters but I am fairly comfortable with the situation.
2 weeks ago ME said that there was no intention for a raise and I believe what he said at that time was absolutely correct.
So what changed, well the unexpected opportunities presented by the GFIN deal.
No doubt all will be revealed in the near future.
