Excellent summary from RNS Assist - It appears to me that unlike say SWC, COIN,s BTC Treasury is both complimentary and proportionate to the main operational business. Looking forward to next Monday, first trading day after the Yellow launch.

I assume you are referring to licence X1Q - part of Project 1V - As far as I can make out the current ownership of the licence is as follows:

Georgian Oil and Gas Limited (Operator) - 68%

Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC) - 22%

Block Energy plc - 10%

So as things stand if Aspect Energy end up with 75% then that would mean that Block will end up with 10% x 25% = 2.5%

It should be said that Block do have an option to increase their stake of the license to 22% but I believe that option expires sometime in March - not sure if Block will be in a position to take this up?

Not withstanding the above, 2.5% of something is better than 100% of nothing, and it is reassuring that Aspect Energy have decided to invest in Georgia - could this have a knock on effect with regard to Project 111.

Full mineralisation after 1 -3 months seems incredibly rapid and appears better than achieved in Iceland.

(lceland - 250 days for 95% carbonation (CO2 fixated as a rock).

Yes, I have thought the same but the same is also true over at SWC - hardly anything bought in the last three months.

I think for the time being the emphasis at COIN has shifted to its other investments, Yellow, etc with Forza taking a bit of a backseat for the moment.

I see COIN as being only 50% BTC with lots of other things going on but not sure where that leaves SWC as they seem to be 99% BTC.
