OK Mr Bassett, the "W A Technology Group" website give a registered address in Portugul, but the Mobile Streams RNS's specifically refer to "W A Technology Group Ltd" which is registered in the UK. - perhaps you can explain??
City - I have been registered with Investor meets Company for two years and had my invite to listen in, unfortunately I had a meeting yesterday morning also at 9.30 so missed it, I have just checked the Investor meets Company website and rather surprised the MOS session is not showing hence my questions on this chat board. Thank you for being so helpful.
Bottlerocket - Going back further TS was Chief Revenue Officer at Quanta, as far as I am aware Quanta never paid the money back to MOS.

Mobile Streams plc
("MOS" or "the Company")
Mobile Streams grows partnership with, and provides funding to, Quanta Media Group Holdings
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is extremely pleased to announce that initial work with Quanta Media Group Holdings ("QMGH" or "Quanta") has uncovered significant additional areas of synergy and opportunity.
Quanta is a developer of high-quality sports and iGaming related product, content and destinations which it expects to launch in the next quarter. The company was founded by industry veteran, Andrew Deeks, in 2019 and is headquartered in London, UK. Edward Simons serves as Non-Executive Chairman and Tim Scoffham as Chief Revenue Officer. Quanta is an early stage business which for the period ended 30 September 2020 incurred losses of £155,551 on revenues of £376,851 and as at that date had net assets of £125,829.
Following the announcement on 18 March that Quanta had signed a major contract to use the Streams data platform, it has become clear that there are multiple opportunities to drive revenue growth via the partnership. It is now likely that MOS will be able to drive extra revenue from its legacy business as initially thought, whilst Quanta has also confirmed it should be able to utilise its iGaming platform to drive additional revenue from the legacy MOS IP, including mobilegaming.com.
In order to accelerate development of these opportunities and advance Quanta's business plans, Mobile Streams is providing QMGH a Convertible Loan Note of £250,0000 (the "Loan"), with a further £250,000 to be made available subject to achieving various agreed milestones, centred around its entrance to key markets. The Loan, which accrues interest at 5% per annum until repayment or conversion, and which is redeemable on 31 December 2022, can be converted into Ordinary Shares in QMGH ("Ordinary Shares") earlier on the following agreed basis: at a price per Ordinary Share being the lower of a) £0.07 per Ordinary Share, b) the price any other Ordinary Shares are issued prior to conversion or c) a discount of 20% to the valuation of the Ordinary Shares in connection with Admission to AIM or any other regulated market or on change of control of QMGH. These funds will be used by Quanta to fast track their business plan and deliver on MOS opportunities simultaneously. The management of the two companies will be investigating all avenues and possibilities available to deliver further growth.
Guzz - it is the same company, look at ME.s cv below, if you look at the end bit all the mentioned organisations feature on the IgniteAMT website, i,e., Channel 4, WWF and NHS.
"Mark Epstein is an experienced CEO, director, entrepreneur, expert in marketing, communications, technology and mobile. Mark is the co-founder of Krunch.ai a next generation insight and intelligence platform, IgniteAMT a digital transformation company and IgniteCAP an incubation and investment business. Mark also co-founded and was CEO on its AIM listing of the world's first Ethical Mobile Phone Network, co-founded the UK’s largest digital voter registration project as and has co-founded digital agencies that work with clients such as Channel 4, WWF and NHS."
IgniteAMT is a registered company in the UK but yes, they are showing a New York address as well on their web site.
Guzz, with respect I think you may be barking up the wrong tree.
There are a mixture of addresses given for the various companies, some correspondence addresses and some registered office addresses so a bit confusing to say the least.
However 12 Hay Hill, Mayfair is shown as the UK address on the IgniteAMT website and that was also the correspondence address for Mobile Streams in the past. I am not sure if that is the current situation.
Chesh - You have an obsession here with delays and missed targets yet you never seem to mention delays and missed targets when posting on that other share that you are invested in - strange that - I think you may have more to worry about over there than here.
Guzz
I have no idea how many customers IgniteAMT have but City posted the following sentence:
"MOS is not the only client of Ignite, they have been going since 2017 and have a lot of clients, their biggest one being Unite Union who they do print and text services for - look at their website."
There website does imply they have other customers but they may be historical.
For Mr Bassett:
""IgniteAMT Limited is a company where Mark Epstein is a Board Member and has a beneficial interest and Sri Ramakrishna Uthayanan is the Finance Director without beneficial interest and Tom Gutteridge is a Person of Significant Control. During the year Company made payments of £172,200 excluding VAT to IgniteAMT Limited. At June 30 2023, the company owed IgniteAMT Limited £25,280.""
City - it was you that said that MOS needs these services on an on-going basis so how does that make it historic.
Furthermore last years accounts were only released in December so I would not class that as historic either.
Anyway, I am glad that you agree that MOS could probably obtain these services cheaper if they did not obtain them from Igniteamt.
Lostmoney - AH no longer works for MOS but ME & TG salaries last year were £82,500 each (from MOS).
City - If Igniteamt are providing these sub contract Programmers, Developers and Coders to MOS as you suggest then Igniteamt would almost certainly be adding a mark up and profit so MOS could save money by engaging these sub-contractors direct - need I say more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From memory about 3 years ago there were many who questioned the financial relationship between Mobile Streams and Krunch. I therefore at the time welcomed and supported the partial and full acquisition of Krunch as I saw it as removing any potential conflict of interest and getting everything under the control of Mobile Streams.
It now appears we are back to square one and similar questions are being asked regarding the relationship with Igniteamt.
