After a bit more googling , I have now found other companies that have announced IND submissions...so I am happy now that it will be announced when done...let's hope this week..

I am not in the slightest trying to talk the company down..why would I when I have 7.6m...

I am just trying to compare what other companies have done when they have submitted an IND...and I couldn't easily find an example, perhaps you can ?...the one I found was TILS and they didnt RNS when they had submitted one, so themselves the rules didnt apply to them.

It's fine if I am wrong as cheesed off waiting like everybody else, I just put it out there that maybe we get one when its cleared the 30 day wait...

We have all assumed that HEMO will RNS that the IND has been submitted. My question is, do they have to as soon as they have done it?, do they wait until the 30 days has expired as there might be an objection, or do they just RNS when clinical trials are starting.

I have tried to Google other companies but not had much luck yet..but when I looked at TIZIANA they have submitted an IND and not mentioned it until 3 months later to advise trials etc.

Hopefully we will be kept in the loop but now I am not sure it will be announced?..perhaps other have a view.

An update on anything would be nice ..they are ALL overdue !!

Obviously IND will happen shortly but certain posters think they know more than they do ..you have been expecting the RNS for over ten days. ...
