If you have shares in a dealing account and want to transfer to an ISA do you have to sell the shares and then wait 2 days for money then buy them back ...obviously you will lose money on spreads and possibly not get back in at all ??

The vid...if you read that RNS which was in October...so 5 months ago, it says that the MINK building HAS been completely refurbished....not is being refurbished....so why the delay !!!
