An AGM is the only opportunity shareholders get o ask business related questions....sounds like he runs this like a private company. They are entitled to ask any business related question not just a BJ out resolutions otherwise it's a waste of time

That is incorrect JHFH. The circular from Hemogenyx states

Shareholders wishing to raise any questions relating to the business of the AGM may do so by submitting them to the Chair by email to company. secretary@hemogenyx.com

A shareholder can ask ANY business related question, not just on resolutions.

Obviously they wont answer, but that doesnt stop you asking the question !
