I have at last joing the LLOY Shareholder, 511k shares at 49p DAM...wanted to come in below 45p but funds took ages to come through holding now for minimum 60p,

If Mcap is 35.5B and divi paymebnt = 3B then surly macp will drop on pay date as those fund have been paid?

Looking to buy in should I wait until after the 25th, once divi is paid? ?

Hope you don't mind me asking Flaky How much do you actually make on this half pence profit trades that you frequently do?
Considering half% is on stamp duty.

Guys what platform are your using? Asp? Long? I am looking to fund my account with 250k but getting put off with % charges when buying and selling at that volume, this site only charges a £10.
Any advise would be much appreciated

Hi all - want to open a trading account which is the best one had a quick look and some charge a % on your investment FFS that's a ripoff - for example LLOY. Also the brokers charge a negotiated fee on large transactions Falky which one do you use?

Funds coming this week for me to finally buy lloy shares this week gutted couldn't get it sooner below 45p never mind I will settle below 50p with an exist price of 65p.

Fair point long it did not stay at 5% for long all I am saying is the demand is to great and in the long run buying a house increases your wealth my example scraped 10k deposit on a house in 2000 double in 6 years as the bank for 50k used it as a deposit for my current house and the first house is paid off 10k to what the 2 houses are worth today over 1m
