Court may have instructed both companies to ensure RNS are sent to the markets together as both companies would have to notify share holder and this would guarantee no leaks for either company

The court backed GSPC to stop Oilex from getting 100% of Cambay in which Oilex was not consulted back in August. Judge better sort it this time round
