With the appointment of the CEO and this extract The consolidation is progressing but has not completed by 31 December 2018 and the Company is in default on this point. The Company has applied for an extension of time until 31 January 2019 to complete the consolidation and awaits communication from the Lenders. Further information will be provided when it becomes available. Progressing and with the CEO announcement strong support from stake holders and major share holders lead me to believe that there will confirmation of restructuring in the next two weeks at to that I predict the share price to be in the 3's as a mcap of 64m seems for if 50k ounces are produce in 2018. There is no way this guy would take the job on unless he new the refinancing isin the bag, hell he may even be part of it as the old CEO was asked to move aside and the big share holders have head hunted him for the role.
