RCP (Oracle Power) ends up with only 10% of the project profits because of how the Northern Zone deal is structured:

MEGA Resources / BGR are funding 100% of the mining and development costs.

In exchange for paying for everything up front, they take 50% of the operating profit.

But ORCP is only a 20% owner of the Northern Zone JV (Riversgold 80%, Oracle 20%).

So ORCP’s share is:

20% (ORCP’s JV stake) × 50% (profit allocated to Project Owners) = 10% of total profit.

Example: if the mine makes $1,000,000 profit, MEGA/BGR get $500,000, Project Owners get $500,000, and ORCP gets 20% of $500,000 = $100,000 (10%).

And rgl and orcp are more or less the same market cap...

For those who dont know: ORCP gets 10%, RGL 36%, mega resources 50% of all the gold mined. GLA, DYOR.

So Karen, you are promoting mtl on hex forum believing that some traders will invest in mtl so you can make some money there, thats exactly my point LOL
