It has been pointed to me that you have finally done some research and noticed that there is a mine near Musonoi called Katanga. You are still on filter and I am still going to continue to ignore your nonsense.
Katanga
This tweet from John Boardman shows where the Musonoi license is in relation to Katanga and other licenses
https://twitter.com/Boardo65/status/1094816758546845696
Musonoe is at 1 and Katanga is at 5. Around Musonoi there are 8 licenses in total. The license that abuts Musonoi is the KOV asset which is shown as being 2 on the link from JB.
This link from Katanga Mining. It has two main assets an underground mine (Kamoto) which has the uranium issue and the KOV which does not. http://www.katangamining.com/operations/key-assets.aspx
You will note that copper and cobalt miners generally have not stopped extraction and exports it is solely Glencore and Katanga Mining. Regardless RRR doesn't have a processing plant and has no intention of building or acquiring one. As you will see from the JB video linked earlier, one of the issues preventing Winmar from relisting on ASX was a supply of ore to process. This shows the issue in DRC: there are processing plants with excess capacity and in need of feedstock.
Once RRR has decided on test mining it will be able to select the processors that give it the best price and best terms. If one processor can't process the feedstock efficiently then another one will.
At least you have moved on from, it can't be true because......Andrew Bell to, yes there is copper and cobalt there, what are the new issues, if any.
FYI The Kamoto mine is a bit like the Musonoi mine in that it is an old mine brought back into use.

So when someone asks why did they stop mining Musonoi and why is there is still metal left in place; it wasn't just Musonoi the same happened with other assets.
As Mr AB has said he will be in Kenya and DRC very shortly dealing with the next steps.
Watch this space, you know it makes sense.
