Brought Newcrest in to partner up with GGP and you think it is not so good? Is that the same Newcrest that is market cap AUD21bn?

Get real. Borelli is a step up on the previous BOD and marks a big step forward. RRR has some great assets, it is now at the stage where it will be looking at monetising, listing or selling some. Borelli's experience with GGP and Newcrest will be invaluable.

RRR just got promoted from the Isthmian League to the Championship and going for promotion to the Premier League.

Very, very interesting. If you check out the oreteck report for Blue Ribbon you will see that it refers to two trend lines: Ballarat East and Ballarat West. This work is on Ballarat East.

My view on what JC?

If you mean the SP: share prices go up and down. A bit of weakness in the oil price and a pause in newsflow means you get a drop in the SP. Is there supposed to be some big deal about it? If you don't know that shares go and down then you need a new hobby.

GS still calling $80 oil Q4/21.

As to other stuff not much to be said until the newsflow starts up again. Tunisia first and then the rest follows.

Hi, the censored bit was share talk news without the spaces.

Basically it was the drilling update from ECR yesterday. They are drilling to the north of the our license called Blue Ribbon. It doesn't look that line goes through Blue Ribbon but a second line does. The second line likely replicates the first line which was the Ballarat East line. Both are DMS and likely they are similar to each other.

The results are in line with what you would expect nothing spectacular but the drill results show gold in the DMS line. Better for them to have gold than not. Anything that is good for the Victoria gold scene is good for RRAL.

I take it you are looking to get a lower buy back in price?

1. Ges if he exists should not be investing his "life savings" or the better part of it in a company like NTOG. It is just not rational.
2. Portfolio Theory dictates that you can and should diversify to manage risk. A pensioner with low income and low assets investing a substantial part of his "life savings" in one company listed on AIM (any company on AIM) is just not rational.
3. Whether he believes or not is irrelevant, what was put in the public domain via RNSs or soft information is irrelevant. The same would apply if he were investing in Shell or BP.
4. The loss in 2017 would reflect the write down in asset values post the drop in oil prices in November 2014 and onwards. The assumption by many was that SA would reverse the policy and the oil price would go back. It would not have been a cash loss and similar would have happened across all the O&G sector here and in the US.
5. No one forces anyone to invest then or now. If you got it wrong, you got it wrong. It has been difficult to time O&G investments since maybe 2012. Pretty much all of them took on assets in 2012/13 which in 2015/16 looked pretty sick. Currently, we are at a different stage in the cycle: the current stage may or may not last.

Well the market has a plan for growth, it just has not been updated for a while.

Cypress has taken on new acreage to increase the JV acreage. NTOG has paid its share of land costs and is on 32.5% WI of the total JV acreage. A second well is planned for H2 21. NTOG has potential JVs on other Pine Mills acreage. It has the Permian Basin acreage and the farm in there. It has other deals under discussion. It has a potential deal in Tunisia subject to sign off.
And the WAFD facility is up for signing off on its renewal anytime now. That facility should be significantly increased.

Once NTOG has visibility on the WAFD facility and the Tunisia deal, it will know what it can commit to for the next 12 months.

Don't forget that NTOG's share of the next Cypress well is likely to be around $195k but will be largely funded out of cashflow.

Meanwhile $76 WTI makes everything look better. As to increased production is what the market is after: not necessarily. What matters is whether the production is profitable or not. At WTI $76 heading to $80, NTOG is seriously cashflow positive and profitable.
