News, I can confirm that Elephant was not rejected by NASDAQ five times. Boring Boy just makes stuff up. Further he doesn't know if Elephant was rejected by NASDAQ or not because NASDAQ doesn't put the information in the public domain and that is quite deliberate by NASDAQ. Further he doesn't understand the process.

I know exactly where Elephant is up to and what the current plans are. When appropriate, I will post on here.

A lot goes on with companies that is commercially sensitive and that they don't want in the public domain because it might prejudice its negotiation position, would breach NDAs or reveal plans to commercial competitors. That applies to Elephant and it applies to RRR just as much as any other company. Just because we have bovine trolls on here bleating "but we don't know so lets just make stuff up" doesn't mean that the company should respond. As you don't know why not STFU?

NB for the record gold is currently $2,153 and oil is currently $82.71 for Brent.

News, to confirm I don't know who Dukey is but I could track him down pretty quickly if I wanted to but he is not that important.

He emailed Andrew Bell about speaking, Andrew responded in the affirmative but no subsequent response from Dukey about date and time. Dukey is assuming that AB passed the email to me or his details to me: he didn't and I didn't ask for them.

Three and half years ago Dukey was similarly frothing about RRR getting the Kenya licences back. He said RRR would never get the licences back and he would pay £1,000 to a charity of my choice if it did. He assured me he was a man of his word and would stump up; of course he never did. He shortly after disappeared from LSE staying he had mental issues.

He is not a shareholder and keeps stating he will stop posting but here he is day after day prattling on.

Looks like the broader market in gold mining companies is starting to respond to the higher gold price.

BB what has "imminent" got to do with my comments about Kenya/Migori? The answer is nothing! I know you struggle but what happens in DRC has nothing to do with what happens in Kenya. Just in case you missed it (understandable based on your posting to date) DRC and Kenya are both in Africa but are different countries.

Nothing I said in that is contentious. Mako gave a interview a few weeks ago and said $30/$40 an Oz was the valuation for a JORC. At the the time their look through valuation was $4.50 an Oz: subsequently it had a run up.

The problem with some of trolls on here is that they read nothing and understand nothing but still feel the need to run their mouths off.

Gold has run up from $1,900 to $2,150 in a few months that is a huge change; again, not my fault if you can't understand.

$2,148 looks like $2,150 is nearly here and $2,200 in due course.

All the trolls last week were doing the usual sneering stuff about the gold price.

Gold at $2,200 would be huge for RRR.

It means all the companies at Toronto interested in gold deals just got a bit hotter in the hot to trot stakes.

Richy, nothing has changed on ALR except the price is down for the moment: the price cannot continue at current levels as all commentator make clear.

Whatever Migori was worth a couple of weeks ago, it is worth more than this week (marginality). RRR probably needs to spend $150k/$200k to restore the earlier JORC quantum.

What is 1.2mil oz in the ground worth at current prices? The current JORC is 723k oz. The usual metric is that cost of discovery is $30 an oz.

So 723k x $30 gives $21.69mil plus the value of Macalder.

Macalder was 75,000 oz of gold on an indicated basis and 68k oz of gold on a measured basis. You normally get a higher valuation for measured over indicated.

The previous JORC on Migori was 1.2mil oz of gold. At $30 per oz in the ground that gives $36mil plus Macalder.

If it costs a £700 plane ticket and a hotel room for two nights then so be it.

The renewal of the Kenya licences is probably worth $40m+ to RRR. If the CEO thinks he need to go out to Kenya to deal with stuff face to face then fine.

If the difference is 99% positive on face to face or 75% via Zoom then he goes.

Remember that RRR had a JV lined up and agreed for Migori a while back and was kiboshed because the Chinese buyer wouldn't travel during COVID.

The Macalder Tailings is worth decent money on its own: RRR has a JORC for 68k oz (measured) gold, 1.28mil oz of silver and, I believe, 0.3% copper.

£700 for a flight is irrelevant compared to a successful outcome.

You are also making the assumption that it wasn't the people (plural) in Kenya who wanted a face to face meeting.
