Foggie, you and Dumbo should get together. I have said several times Glencore has nowhere to go. I posted in detail about Tortious Interference a couple of weeks ago. Of course the idiot trolls misunderstood. Don't listen to me, go and do your own research.

The issues are:

1. Who owned the assets

2. Did Glencore Tortiously interfere

3. Did they know who owned the assets

4. Did they know they were interfering with a business relationship between VUP and RRR

5. What is the quantum of loss.

6. What can RRR prove

No defence IMHO.

VUP jointly sued Glencore and Gecamines for the $15m, stating that Glencore guaranteed the $15m: in the court documents.

They were Trolls and explicitly so. Several of them posted that it was their intention to make sure no one bought NTOG shares and to get rid of ML or ensure NTOG failed.

Why? They were upset that they had lost money ten years earlier. Nothing recent. They attacked anyone who posted anything not 100% negative and indeed physically threatened people too.

I asked one of them how much he had invested and he said £3,500: ten years of trolling over £3,500.

Shares are for trading. It went from 0.25p to just under 1p.

Gregory West was a problem. Plenty of opportunity to trade in and out.

You should point the finger at someone who put a stop to a placing @0.6p, which had to be done 4 months later at 0.25p.

The company spent a lot of money dealing with nonsense that could have gone into assets.

AB has been saying for weeks he is meeting the President not privately but publicly and as recently as a few days ago.

As you know being inside is a particular regulatory status which concerns inside information. There is no such thing as a permanent Insider: not even Directors are permanently inside. How can I have Inside Information when AB constantly updates?

Is this the fantasy placing you have been going about for months or this fantasy suspension? This must the longest lead time for a placing ever.

IMHO RRR is in a very good place but it does have to deliver the goodies.

As to your comments about alluding to things: follow AB's twitter feed, listen to his broadcasts, listen to his interviews. The only reason you think what I have said is remarkable is because you don't DYOR. AB has been very explicit about what is happening.

What was the company you were ramping whilst selling stock? Blue Star wasn't it?
