Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
"It’s a major peeve of many medieval historians: the popular belief that people who lived before Christopher Columbus thought that the world was flat."

Doc Daneeka - "cheers HSD for the clarification and the graceful language."
Sorry I was going for more of a "get your s**t together Doc, kind of tone". I'll try harder next time.
oj17 - "company admin is now my prediction in less than 6 months."
Pretty stupid prediction given the company's statement "Synairgen has adequate cash resources, reaching into Q4 2023"

Doc Daneeka - "I see 2 doomsday possibilities for the slide... [blahblahblah]"
What?! It's obviously because people failed to realise the RNS was just telling us what we've already known since February.
Doc Daneeka - "Does the publication constitute a peer review or not ?"
How could you be invested here for years and not already know that? Yes it's peer reviewed. That's the point of publishing it. If you need confirmation, it's here: "All material is subject to independent peer review."

Aether - "Why was the post claiming that the next Strive candidate will be revealed before the new year taken down?"
When I asked, they refused to provide a source or anything else to back it up. Maybe that's why.
Gunto,
Do you know why your STRIVE post was deleted? And did you post the board that you read it on?
Aether - "Caution: they've done this before."
When they did it before they were expecting good results. So by that logic, don't the recent job vacancies suggest they're expecting to be on STRIVE?
MrCosts - "Lab technician on £25k a year will transform this company."
Easier position to fill than the others. Probably why they left them until last.
They've just posted a job for a Lab Tech.
The other jobs from October onwards definitely point to the likelihood that they're expecting a significant development, imho.
I thought the entire thread was a waste of time.
It consisted of a few people whining that Philip Monk didn't plug the company's name and several others concluding that the statement "it needs government funding" somehow proved that STRIVE was a dead-end. That was literally it.
Oh, and a link to the presentation. Maybe that's what got it deleted.
Why, what have you done?
Manifesto - "OK HSD.... You win... If they can persuade 90% to take a low ball offer I would be forced to sell.... :D"
60%
They've already got almost 30% in the bag.
Manifesto - "If they offer me £5 before news I would happily accept...... They would not be forcing me to sell.. !!!"
But if they offer £1 and everyone but you accepts, then what?
It was very close to 50p at the start of January.
I'm assuming some holders got bored and saw the opportunity to cut their losses and move elsewhere. I get the impression the pandemic brought in lots of new, inexperienced investors who didn't appreciate how long it takes to make progress in drug development/discovery. So maybe that explains it.
Wigster77 - "It's clear to me that you need to take one for the team and get to 10.01% then Doc :-)"
I only keep pointing out it's a possibility because others here refuse to acknowledge it. In reality I think there's only a very, very slim chance of it.
Manifesto - "The bottom line is that TGF can block a bid but they CANNOT force us to sell our shares !"
Of course they can. All they need to do is make an offer that enough people agree with.
*TGF
Manifesto - "Anyone considered that the reason TGF have kept topping up once they were over the crucial 25% was because BP's were sounding them out on their price to agree a TO......."
It's also possible TFG is thinking of putting in a bid without anyone having already approached them.
They might even be able to pick the company up for under 70p/share this spring.
So you're saying the 4 bids equal 999,999 when they actually equal 399,996.
Ok, keep up the good work there.
MrCosts - "SP hovering at £1.75 for weeks then dropped as soon as fundraise closes."
I'm under the impression the company is prohibited from issuing new shares and cannot therefore fundraise without passing a vote.
