I suspect there are enough major holders with the same thoughts as Franck Tuil, and with Sidara having cash ready for a takeover, it appears that they are getting the company either whatever way they can!

Between the last time Sidara tried and this time, I wonder if they had been speaking to the big holders and building an alliance to launch a hostile takeover. I imagine there will be a few major holders that will take 185 to 200 right now for a takeover.

I would expect that the BoD also are aware of this, hence the rush to get the Rothschild's involved to have options.

If the US cut itself off from the world the damage would be minimal. The fact that if you remove Apple, Google, Microsoft the US has very little to no real exports speaks volumes of how weak the country is.

Now is the time for the rest of the world to rise up, and energy independence is key to that.
