The Wood CEO would have sign off on the last CFO who was incompetent, and he has been in charge as the company lost 80% of it's value. How on Earth can the CEO survive from being fired is beyond me.

Sidara have the cash, they are literally making a cash offer, its the BoD of Wood group that are the problem. The company could have been sold for 220 time, but they (Wood BoD) mess about and now they are doing the same.
