Glad you had a week off.....I understand completely about health costs, even now talking to insurance on a Sunday and explaining I can't access any money to pay for my wife's annual subs...they had the cheek to ask me when I can pay..I replied when your government opens banks!!...that went down well....back to the whisky :)
Look after yourself

This is the reply I got....
Thank you for your email regarding our article about Sirius Minerals.
Having looked into this matter, I'm afraid I can't agree that it was inaccurate. At no stage did we say that Sirius Minerals 'will' quit the stock market - instead we said that according to its boss, it 'could'.
As you will have seen, this was based on what Sirius Minerals CEO Chris Fraser told our reporter, namely that 'where we are now, I think we might be better off being a private company'; that 'being public served a very valuable role in the early phase' and; 'as we see it today, there's potential merit in being private simply to get away from the capital markets.'
It is also worth noting that we have had no complaint from Sirius Minerals about the accuracy over reporting Chris Fraser's comments.
That said, we have added a footnote to the online article to reflect what Sirius Minerals has said since the article was published, namely that there is no 'intention' to take the company private. You may have also seen that we followed up on the story in today's paper.
With kind regards,
Managing Editor's Office

In return I said this.....
Dear, Managing editor's Office,
Many thanks for your response, and I do believe that you could fall into a grey legal area that is not contested.
Could the headline have been more beneficial to a UK company...of course...why not......I think this is my point...just hearing various legalities over Brexit has many a servicemen turning in their graves...so many thanks and if ever one can seem humane and support British Enterprise I would be extremely thankful.
Best Regards,

Bellars..understood..I'm offshore only heard the news too late...if I come to London to get Indian visa..are you local?
H1
I hate the media 99% of the time but ..using that 1% can be an option..if your like me I don't trust them one iota ..but drastic times calls for one to pocket te pride ...look at the outfit causing Hong Kong at week ends so much trouble....
H1
Hi Bellars....if that's the case use the media as an option?...I've had better response from London in the past. I'm not as wealthy as most on here but stand a paper loss at today's price of 100k GBP...I feel for all... I will never give up despite the financial hardship and to be honest my own fault for putting that amount in to start with...BUT I would love to get back at the city and their smugness (JPM)

Hillside...your 100% correct...as I live in Beirut...I have access via ringing my broker...not sure if same in UK...so my apologies as of right now the subs for B-T are not at the front of my priorities.
Thx for your invite to chat - unless you have a trow away email...we will just have to communicate here...don't post much...family reasons...in fact flying to Egypt tonight to work offshore..just came home last week as wife had fright and entered ER due to kidneys..I didn't know potassium blood levels are so important...thx god we caught it early.
H1
Thx Hillside..I have access to B- Terminal...and yes my guy says PI's nervous time and if i could get a few to start the raid when knowing the knee jerk reactions of PI's then some money can be made...trouble is I've been educated (or not) to behave differently

DDR - 500 share units....I looked at this over the last 4 years as I get paid in USA$...so I thought id this an alternative to converting USA>GBP,,,- answer firmly NO....spread to large and very little liquidity if you wish to sell..and I have no idea where it jumped today...you said 432%...my internet here says 6.7% and look at the spread...no market there. all in my humble and extremely limited knowledge.

I agree...especially when the same company...same day writes this...
The HY tranche is the critical path for the project insomuch as it releases the CB and RCF facility and removes the funding overhang. As we noted at the Q2 result (here), we believe there is an elevated risk profile evident for equity-holders until completion of the HY tranche, given shareholders are, in essence, shouldering the full burden of project financing risk. We note that the RCF commitment lasts until October and the CB funds are held in escrow until January. Furthermore, we see two negative outcomes from today’s release (i) the market will now inevitably price in an ‘alternative’ funding scenario which could include an additional equity call; and (ii) uncertainty whether there is sufficient near-term liquidity to deploy capital at the required cadence and, if so, to what extent this is a risk to project schedule (i.e. valuation implications). Prior guidance was that SXX had sufficient funding until the end of September before liquidity would be an impediment.

Bond issue promises to give Sirius the firepower to develop mine plan
Miles Costello
Sirius Minerals appeared yesterday to be poised to take a giant step forward with its ambitious project to bring potash up from deep under the Yorkshire moors — but it also looked likely to have to pay handsomely for the privilege.
The miner is bracing itself to pay 13.5 per cent interest on a $500 million high-yield bond issue expected to be firmed up next week, according to a report by Bloomberg. The annual interest, or coupon, payments on the bonds are higher than the roughly 12 per cent that Sirius Minerals had expected and add $56 million to the cost of the securities over their lifetime, Liberum, the house ..... login required for full article.

Managed to add today having both missed the original offer,(due to being offshore for ONGC for 5 months) and the dip to 13p due to 4 months of wages being rejected due to change in banking rules here in Lebanon, slight silver lining ...money eventually in having had to prove all again....and dollar rate to GBP down and added below the offer price.
Not posted for a good 2 years...mainly due to personal reasons, health issues...BUT I still check this board when I can...a BIG thank you to those that add concise research, humor, discuss pro's/cons in a civilised manner, and the chartist. All I'm currently able to offer is humbleness in some of the in depth research that Mr M and others have put on an open board, I have messaged my nephew who currently works for BOE legal team as to the bond rating, and general (London view) on this...will post when I get a answer....
All the best...from sunny Beirut
