cebo, I hate tempering enthusiasm, but just so that expectations are properly managed, given how well the Lancaster wells are performing is there still the available capacity on the AM to accept 15k bops from the Lincoln well ?

If nothing else, the potential production from Lincoln will be able to ensure that the available capacity on the AM is maxed out at all times, so even if one of the Lancaster wells require to incur some temporary down time then we could increase the production from Lincoln to back fill any temporary lost production from the Lancaster wells.

So, rather than seeing it as a negative, I see any surplus (producible daily volume from Lincoln that may not be currently accommodatable on the AM) production from Lincoln as a big positive, as it would allow Hurricane to manage their well stock without, or with a drastically limited, negative impact.

I wonder what the commercial arrangement is in place for the AM to accommodate production from the GWA, as clearly Spirit would have to pony up a utilisation fee, as currently all costs are assumed by the GLA, which is 100% owned by HUR ?

By “their constitution” I am assuming you mean the company’s Articles of Association, is that assumption correct ?

If it is, then I am confused as to your”(once/if we ever get stability)”.

The reason being that Articles of Association already exist, and the legal obligation to conform to these Articles is not superseded by any current hiatus that the company may currently be encountering, as they are sacrosanct and irrevocable (without any changes previously having been passed at a general meeting).

With regards to governance, and with regards to general meetings etc. , even though they are delisted they are legally obliged to meet the details in the companies Articles of Association.

If they are not doing so then under the Companies Act they can be struck off.

I am currently showing the vessels directly due west of the TOL, on a heading of around 270 degrees (circa fore/aft centreline of the rig).

Wind is now swinging round a bit (was previously 359 degrees at the time of posting), and the helideck is now showing 340 degrees, and still veering.

What may become an issue however is the wind speed, especially if it drops any more, as it is currently averaging 7 knots gusting 9 knots.

The wind is directly from the north, and the vessels (only the Edda Frende and Esvagt Celina, as the Rem Trader is heading to Aberdeen, and the Grampian Sovereign is heading to the AM from Aberdeen) are sitting west of the rig.

That does not preclude flaring to be occurring were that to be the case at the moment, but they are not downwind of the rig, just for clarity.

If you or I were to keep borrowing money from the bank to plunge our money into investments that had to date failed to return any positive monetisation, were we to then go back to the bank manager yet again to borrow yet more money without giving them definitive evidence of how this would be beneficial it would be a credible expectation that the bank would either inform us to jog on, or learn to live within our means.

Why then does the BoD feel that it is credible to come back to the well ever year to borrow yet more funds to further their scattergun investment approach, yet historically have failed to prove that they can be trusted in doing so.

frankie, just for clarification, resolution 6 requires to be passed by 75% of the votes cast, rather than merely 50% as per the other resolutions, as resolution 6 is classified as a special resolution.

Chelsea, with respect, you have been around bio shares for long enough to know how long it can take at times to achieve enrolment.

Especially so if the patient parameters being sought to meet the specific goals/needs/requirements of the trial are complex.

Having said that, I must admit to not having reviewed the patient suitability requirements for this specific trial, nor would I even have a clue as to how readily those could be enrolled even if I were aware of the parameters.

All I have portrayed is that it was not stated that dosing was starting immediately, and postulating that being able to enroll patients of the necessary calibration is not necessarily a slam dunk.

It is not a negative position, it is a balanced realistic position, to reflect expectation.
