I do think that now Uncle Stephen has upped his communication and been a lot clearer with his longterm game plan people will listen to that though. I will be holding until 2020 for sure but as you say some will be happy to get their money and run. It is great to see the price going in the right direction and sentiment has definitely improved.
I am also pleased that Tidders has given out some positive vibes over at Angus today. The Weald is one to me.

I think sellers will be the issue along the journey here.
