I should imagine Stephen Sanderson is very disappointed not to be meeting his shareholders face to face at the AGM due to corona virus.

it would have been very interesting to have heard and seen him answer shareholder's questions re his salary and the current share price.

Quality of Assets, infrastructure surrounding , good management , finances in order , loyal share holders help too.
