How is Wressle being funded ?

On a positive, coming away from the rubbish PR and us all left guessing there were some very good stand out points in that RNS.

Biscathorpe and Keddington were two for me.

IMO a placing is coming.

So when do we get the truth about the placing or do we all sit back waiting like muppets for the next leak or tank in the share price.

When Celtique got out of Wressle, they had 30% of the Prospect.

UJO, Humber & Egdon took 12.5%, 12.5% & 5% at a deferred cost £2.5m. UJO's part due was £1.04m

UJO took Humber's portion, & inherited their part of the deferred fee so £2.08m to pay

I messaged that exact thought to David.

He seemed happy with Roofers hound's footage.

By then the damage was done and someone did alright out of it quite clearly.

Not difficult really for someone to pay off the swampies to leak some footage.

The 'fake' videos. The placing leak. AGAIN.

Trust is at an all time low here. Investors will sell on the rises for fear of another BMD tweet/leak.

Bigger slice of Wressle would be good business sense with us about to turn the taps on to take more % income.

For that reason, imo, David should be asking her to stand down and employ a new PR company here.

To be fair we have a fabulous portfolio of assets and to be honest I do wonder now what he has in mind with the placing funds.

This is about proving up West Newton now. My guess is the placing will cover Wressle in to production too and of course we have Biscathorpe on the horizon.

Now whether some of the placing money is to buy out another percentage from one of the partners , who knows. I am sure all will be revealed.
