This was clearly misleading to shareholders an also unrealistic David.

Currently, a material upgrade of the production equipment and site modifications at Keddington is ongoing, the result of which is expected to increase efficiency and production rates going forward. Works are expected to be completed and production reinstated during late Q4 2024, adding a further increase to Union Jack's revenue stream.

Although the ‘public consultation’ on the revised ES information closed on 12 February, the Planning Inspectorate were not satisfied with the information provided by Egdon and they have requested further details. The details of that request & time allowed to Egdon are not public but when the information is supplied by Egdon, it will be publicised and there will be a further 30 day consultation period, so keep watching because we will have another chance to respond.

In the meantime, we need to keep raising funds. We don't know how detailed the extra information will be but it will mean that the work done to date may have to be revised and that will have cost implications.
