This is what is happening in with the majors and shale. They are making so much money some of them could buy theirselves back 3-4 times over next few years. Shale shareholders arent interested in drill baby drill anymore..they want the dividends after making so much cash. Plus they must not upset the greenies. Shale hyper growth no longer there to correct the artificial lifts in olden day oil prices..
