Yet why does the accounts filed show dormant accounts with £2 ?

But where is the shareholder value coming from ? Can you see it this year if a placing is imminent an issuing the treasury shares ? Meanwhile...the pay cheques keep rolling in ?

09:24 at some point Europa said their 30% of capex would be £3.7m so logically UJO's 40% would be £5m. Neither UJO nor EOG has the cash at the moment - especially Europa. On the plus side Egdon works at glacial speed and appears to have multiple projects on the go so there may not be any great urgency, especially if capex is required in instalments over many, many months. However Bramhill has never been shy about tapping the market...maybe after some uber-ramping of Moccasin and Keddington ?

09:14 They requested a determination as to whether a new EIA was required after the Finch ruling. The answer was no because guidelines suggest emissions were not material in the context of the National or Regional Carbon budget, materiality being 5% of emissions. So they can now go ahead and drill Wressle 2 and 3. The eco zealots will be a bit shouty today I think.Should see a rise on announcement, but the obvious question will then arise.

Can David fund Wressle ?? Coupled with suspicions of placing for USA ??
