SPR ends in November and just about kept a lid on prices

Travel demand is showing no signs of cooling an thus far no demand destruction in my Heid eyes.

Supply is low with no growth from OPEC Majors, or Shale ,with most shale producers intent on share buy backs an divis.

1) Oil is telling you what you need to know. They threw everything at it this week. 45m of SPR, 75bps instead of 50, melted the market and liquidated CTAs, etc. Oil just doesn’t care. In a nasty shakeout, take notice of what is green. Oil is going to murder every other CUSIP…
