This is the tightest oil market in a decade which is structurally undersupplied. We see oil inventories falling along side SPR . High oil prices will lead to further unrest an there my thoughts go to Libya an Iraq. Energy experts already say that a recession is priced in. Oil price needs to go much higher to kill the demand with behavioural changes. That does not mean the occasional bike ride to the shops but people actually buying EV cars for example. This will not happen either as combustion engines are becoming far more efficient an environmentally friendly, an EVs are way too expensive. Besides the infrastructure is in place already for the cars we all mainly drive today. Russian sanctions deepening will be cataclysmic for the supply/demand going forward. I have said for a while that government's handing out stimulus's with discounts on bills will not stop the demand for oil either.

Oil price is set to rocket an with Europe in big trouble this Winter, with Germany impounding three Gazprom LNG tankers only yesterday, gas is going to rise significantly too. And of course one alternative to gas will be oil.

We have in Union Jack Oil a company that has a fantastic producing asset already that is only going to get better an the revenues for all partners to me says this share price is extremely undervalued.

David's recent interviews have some little gems an I believe we have a lot of RNSs to land that could catch some out an catapult this price with my bullish thesis for oil now playing out.
