Wressle water is hardly the end of the world when there are multiple zones to target and once the Heyco deal is completed I feel sure they will want to see their assets producing to their full potential.

I understand the frustration with the slowness but it is what it is. You can not argue that in the meantime Egdon's team have shown us an immaculate an professionally executed Wressle site which is our main source of income.

I am confident that Petrichor will want to see a return on their millions an get on. Plenty to do for next year if we win Biscathorpe too !

David is very busy now preparing the half year report due in about three weeks time which I believe will be very good an show great potential for the company.

There are plenty of catalysts here over the next three months to come.

I feel Petrichor acquiring Egdon for a substantial amount of money is a massive positive for Union Jack Oil. Mark an his team have done an excellent job at Wressle which has been transformational for all partners. I do not have concerns about the water at Wressle which was expected an being dealt with by 4 phase separator on site. Notably RNS'd 'The start of water production is significantly later than originally anticipated, providing further evidence that the expected recoverable volumes from the Ashover Grit will be at the higher end of the estimates.' Next year we will see the flows increase at Wressle once the gas to grid comes to fruition an more plans will be announced to develop Wressle further an 'much faster ' with Petrichor then the owners. In the meantime oil price has risen to US$ 87 again an I see a strong Q4 for oil an higher next year.

I am confident that we will be RNS'd news on the Keddington plans very soon an I see mobilisation in about October. This is exciting for Union Jack as holding 55% will mean even more profits on a successful drill.

Biscathorpe I believe will be approved, an the decision is in the final stages going by my conversations with Stephen Wallis - Casework Team Leader, East 3.
