The company have been very clear in the RNS that the requisition was dated the 15th but was only received by courier on the 21st after 5pm and by email yesterday on the 22nd. They released the RNS yesterday. Why are you claiming differently and where is your evidence?'

Do you know what, I only just read that detail in the Reabold RNS after posting that to you JD-Nau about the dates an the requisition only just being RNSd

I am lost why they put that in the RNS as yes, my understanding is the RNS was sent around the 15th November.

Reabold have only just RNS'd the news after receiving it 15th November

Remember Andrea already owns an oil an gas listed company an we will get West Newton drilled

West Newton should have been priority in the first place here not spending money elsewhere on other assets.

I think you have to focus on what Kamran's job is an what he did with Corallian

He will do the same with West Newton an get it drilled by bringing in a partner an sharing the risk.

That I do not know however I would say that if the targets were more than fair then I have no problem with any director being performance rewarded as long as we are all happy with the re rate here too.

I did ask Kamran about his salary an he is a very nice man an was happy to answer me. I felt it was an important question too as quite frankly I am shocked at some of the salaries these CEO's earn.

What I would say is it is a minimal wage compared to Stephen an Sachin an I even compare it to David Bramhill at Union Jack on £287,000 a year. I was pleasantly surprised.

Remember that Kamran is a large holder here who is down too an wants to see West Newton drilled whilst driving shareholder value .
