One thing you've got to remember, and I experienced it when I worked for BATS, is that these Share Option Schemes are usually 3 or 5 year plans. So when they took them out they were for peanuts, today's were bought at 15p I think. So when the share price exploded this last 12 months, they were talking retirement money when they mature. So them selling is more enjoying the fruits of their patience rather than selling because they don't believe in the company. They won't care if its 90p or 110p.
99% of us would do the same, who wouldn't after a 700% rise!
