Still see a significant number of posters stating that they feels this is heading the way of a JV deal with minimal upturn in SP but with future dividends and growth over time.
This is the last thing I want (other than a collapse of the sale obviously).

Interested to hear the opinions of others as to why they think it will or wont be a JV?

Maybe over simplistic (naive perhaps..or wishful thinking?) but I don't see it going that way -

Company stated they were FOR SALE
20+ years of graft is surely a point in time you want to walk away with a reward now?
JV surely would've been more straightforward to structure and we'd have been done and dusted by now?

Anyway, what's your thoughts?

People are getting far far too bogged down in micro detail.

Multiple non binding offers
Ever increasing £ value of what's in the ground
A faultless, well respected BOD with serious 'skin in the game'
BOD not selling nor are larger PI's
Large bank and lawyers involved for months at substantial fees
Ever increasing demand for what we have

Nothing is certain and there's still a slim chance something could go awry but if you've done your research what point is there to squabble about every little thing?

Old cliches stay current in all generations as they're usually true, in this case I'd use - FOLLOW THE MONEY.

What are you looking for in terms of reply from a faceless poster on this BB?

I don't filter anyone as I enjoy reading fresh posters come on here deramping and bed wetting...there's some golden INFORMATION that's shared on this board but if you're relying on peoples OPINIONS to help formulate yours then you've got an issue.

Completely agree with TTS's post.
BOD have stated they're working to return maximum value to shareholders. Some of the LTH's (not me) have shown tremendous patience and whilst some may be ok with a JV I don't think waiting another decade to realise full value constitutes they deal the majority want.
Big rocket up to £2+ plus is what we want! Just don't drop the RNS till at least 8.05am on Friday to allow me to further my position here :-)

Its felt like the floor is 29p-30p whilst we all wait for the outcome of the sale negotiations.
I mentioned the other day I'm looking for the opportunity of another top-up this coming Friday if the RNS isn't dropped before hand.
My question is - Do you think there will be one last plunge on the SP to rattle some into selling before we drive north?

You would hope that the BOD are aligned with shareholders and out to reap maximum value.
It would feel like and would be a scandal should this sell for significantly less than it ought to with the true winners only being Russians with dodgy backhand dealings.

We all know this could go boom at any point but wondering...is there anything you're looking to see in the background that would suggest accumulation is done and it'll be onto higher highs?

I really hope I can add a substantial top-up (for me) next Friday. My luck the RNS will come at 7am that day..
I don't think many LTH's would be ecstatic with 55p sale price considering we were 10p less than that weeks ago. Obviously it would still represent being a fantastic investment but this surely has to be at least in / around or above a quid.

Will be really interesting to see when the sale RNS drops, if you had to guess when would you put your pound on?

DFS will come this month and I'm interested to hear opinions...Once it's landed what happens (presumption we go to 40p-50p.
A) An offered is tabled swiftly afterwards re-rating the the SP upwards to just below the sale price.
B) We hear nothing on the sale straight away but the SP holds in the new range.
C) We hear nothing on the sale straight away and the SP does the retrace we've been accustom to back to 35p or below.
D) Sale collapses, SP drops into the teens and EUA go alone / JV.
E) Anything else?!

Fair comments all round and I just put down what’s on my mind.
I’m actually looking to increase my position if no Monday RNS albeit will slice immediately upon DFS.
One bitten, twice shy....the MM’s have an iron grip on the SP and it’ll only be a sale which changes that.

I expected us to be north of 35p heading into this weekend. If there’s no pre trading RNS this Monday I’m wondering what the MM’s will take this to. I mean we do the same dance 99% of the time with them plunging it from the off.
We all love the BOD, the fundamentals just keep getting better but the irritation / frustration is palpable.
I’m also in the camp where I’ve got financial commitments looming so would really appreciate some positive action this week coming !
Also I think if we do get the DFS and we were to propel to say an SP of 45p+ I’m convinced even the most die hard EUA fans will reduce their holdings as history shows the weeks following produces a decline...issue with that is that it could be followed up swiftly by the conclusion of the sale!

Looks like a lot of investors are cutting their positions here or indeed selling up and heading over to ARB after having a squint at their BB.
Really do wish I’d jumped on when it hit my radar prior to the insane rise.
Oh well, just gotta hope we get moving next week.
As I mentioned in an earlier post today our fundamentals keep getting better and the BOD ooze confidence however we need something sooner rather than later...silence next week and this board will go from the circus it is currently to a riot.

Are we really thinking once the WK RNS is released (hopefully next week) that the conclusion of FSP will go on for further months?!
I know nobody know bar the board and all involved however surely to fcuk we can't be looking at a 9 month FSP !

IMO price will stick around where we are today/tomorrow (maybe one last plunge to 27p/28p) before a Friday rise in anticipation of BIG news next week.
