Well done mate lol
NED doubled their holding on the open market.
How do you mean? The price action?
Joint listing I would assume, to ensure compliance.

Swop the ** for TT
Thats not quite true, Jonfon. The Q1 2020 Operations Update dated 9/4/20 didn't include any reference to cash/debt either.
It will be included in the H1 Ops update, likely available in early July.
Why no explanation for the production fall?
Thanks JT, but why would JPM want to manipulate the share price down? To load up more shares?
Lovely reversal today. Fair play Sling, a great shout & very insightful.
Blackrock increase their holding.
Agree. Momentum is currently against CAML because short term "traders" didn't like the update. You can see their frankly bizarre rationale on Twitter if you look. Fundamentals are unchanged/improved, debt reducing fast & we know we have another divi announcement on the horizon.
Agree. Company replied within 30 mins this morning & confirmed "if there was anything material not in the public domain, we would classify ourselves as being in a ‘closed period’ and directors would therefore not be allowed to trade in CAML shares."
If we break it down, we have:
CEO - sold 350K, still holds 880K
NED - sold 750K, still holds 1.35m
CFO - sold 330K options, maintains another 453K
Within this same period, we have a 2.87% buy-in from Amiral, and 5.03% from JPM. Major institutional buy-ins I think we can all agree.
On the balance of the above, I hold. However some info from the company would be reassuring.
Bear in mind the window for these guys selling is very limited - esp given they are posting results bi-annually. I have emailed the company & will post any response here.
CFO this time?
Maximum fine €100K. Third category misdemeanor. Non-event, move on.
Confirmed this morning via CAML:
- They do have insurance on the tailings dam.
- The leak was very short in duration (1-1.5hrs from start to finish, not from detection to finish as some suggested)
- They will issue an update when appropriate.
Best to email the company directly with any questions imo.
Thank you PO. For context, in Aug 2003 100,000 m³ were leaked into the river.
So squadraazzura, after hammering this share here, and on ADVFN (as your other handle fuji99), you are now screaming "BUY". Shameful.
I'm not sure that would be legal, would it?
Either way, good luck.
