Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I think my prognosis has been somewhat twisted.
I'm basically saying that rather than a new company team coming in and sweeping everyone aside the nucleus of the same team is now in place to take this forward.
I think this deal is so close you can almost touch it.
We know the negotiations have been going on for a few months before there was the notorious tweet.
I reckon 9- 12 months already.
We now have the flanks licence sorted a week or two back.
We now have the management team sorted in terms of transition.
We'ver also had UBS squaring off books.
Not sure there will be much left to do personally.
I think we are almost there.
Been involved in two major sales.
In both cases key management transitioned across for 18 months. The purchasing companies wanted the current management to move with the company. This smoothed
the sale and gave continuity.
In both cases there was no JV, it was outright an outright sale.
The RNS could not be clearer.
If this is as colossal as forecast who are the runners and riders could afford it if we we are talking;
50p
£1 per share
£1.5
£2
£3
£8
I've included £3 and £8 purely for illustrative purposes only.
Especially £8 as it was mentioned on Twitter based apparently on someones realistic calculations.
Make of that what you will.
Also because of the sheer enormity of the size could anyone afford it ?
