No new requirements.........YET :)
This is simply box ticking with company covering themselves and being sneaky clean...
Deal is very very close.
Of course the SP will rise, shares worth 37p today will be worth 75p, £1 or £1.50 any day now !!!
Bit baffled MM
"For example if MT went for the same price as NAP it would bring in circa 20-21p"
Price of Palladium has doubled since Dec19 and we have 5x as much, possibly a lot more.
20p x 2 x5 £2.50 ? And we have "multiple interest"
Not being rude but maybe I'm misinterpreting the figures?
I just thought it was worth benchmarking a possible deal with the sale of Eurasia against the last big Palladium takeover.
Now I'm not suggesting the two are comparable, I'm sure wiser heads than me can confirm that, but has anyone crunched the numbers between the two just out of curiosity?
The last deal was in Dec 19.
Impala Mining (SA), took over what I understand was a Canadian listed company North American Palladium.
Could someone compare the deal versus the one here.
I'm sure there are other factors but could we consider;
Size of the commodity in terms of the land area and how much Palladium NA were sat on at the time.
Price of Palladium in Dec 19 versus now.
Number of shares in issue.
Extraction costs
I'm sure there are other factors at play but has anyone crunched the numbers ?
Just curious.
