Is it time we got rid of our advisor Christopher and got a new director that actually makes a contribution What we have currently is a chairman[not clear if exec or non exec ,] a non exec ,and nothing else. The 2 meet 4 times a year and produce 5 reports at a cost to us last year of �92k Nick has got skin in the company but Amanda has none and cant be expected to get very involved for � 20k a year We have good assets but need someone who has interest in the company and is willing to work the cash and investments to better use Ok it may cost us more but advisors dont come cheap and I think the change would benifit the bottom line

I get the feeling that nick only goes to the office quarterly to write the report and he has to ask somebody what has happened to enable him to do that. how many shares do we have in 13e ? how many in cora ? how many in mtr / have we bought 1m more in ortac as per their rns ? What tf is christopher doing ?Where are all the deals winging to us from Kong Kong via him and our majour investor Nick aware of whats going on ?? dont think so . Anybody know how many directors we have currently seems vague from my research they certainly are not doing a lot .
