I would have thought we might hear something on court proceedings verdict by year end?

Half year results are due out by 6th of September, fingers crossed we see the move into profitability continue.

I'd like to think when it comes to phase 2 expansion we largely do it from existing cash resources.

Unfortunately we are up against general apathy in the small cap end of the market, fingers crossed a full year of profitability will allow other institutional investors to come on board, 50p share price will hopefully be a distant memory in the years ahead.

My point being they need investors with deep pockets, and yes I do question if this potential investor has such deep pockets why not just pick up the company for peanuts out of administration or bid for the entire company.
