I've been waiting since about 2013, not sure what's changed here. Always seems jam tomorrow with this share.

Thanks, I missed Whipp selling 10% and another director selling 5%. Offset I suppose by three directors participating in the Placing to a somewhat limited extend. Not sure what conclusions can be drawn from the transactions as Whipp still has a huge shareholding.

I see no recording of director sales at 3.0p. Large NED purchase @2.99p on 11 Oct 2021. Purchases were previously made on 23 April 2021 by various Directors. Please clarify.
Does anyone understand the trading update? For example what is meant by 'the deployment of investment capital led to slightly smaller losses for the year than the £700k expected at the EBIT and PBT levels.' Since this company has made increasing +ve PBT over the last three years and showed a PBT of £0.257K at the half way stage. Also under 'OUTLOOK' the RNS states '....our goal remains to reach EBITDA break even during 2022'. Yet they have been more than breaking even at EBITDA level for the past few years. F we take these statements at face value the implications are a large loss during the second half of the year or am I missing something. Anyone like to enlighten me.

One thing this company has done is spent decades losing shareholders money without proving anything. Now they are giving themselves millions more options for achieving nothing.
Now we know the reason for the late rise in SP yesterday. Trading based on inside information? AIM leaks like a sieve. Nevertheless good news.
Its not just about deaths, what about long Covid ! This government is still making mistakes, they just do not learn. Take mask wearing, a no brainer. Masks should be mandatory in all public places. This would not cost the economy anything. If you want proof of this just look at Japan and how they have reduced Covid infections since the completion of the Olympic Games. Their fully vaccination number is lower than the UK, the difference is mask wearing. No hindsight just common sense needed.
I do not think anyone on this BB disputes the utility of automatic waste water testing and monitoring. The real question is whether this can be achieved in practice and in a cost effective manner with the technology available at this time. Often what is achievable under laboratory conditions proves not possible in the real world environment. As far as I am concerned Dvrg as it all to prove in this respect. Until I see confirmed sales of this product I will continue to have reservations.
See latest RNS from Sabien and their involvement with oil from plastics. Must be direct competition with Powerhouse.
In NZ, waste water testing is being used successfully to track and identify cases in the current Covid outbreak. This is being done manually at sites all across the country, but obviously a possible future customer for Deepverge.
I am not sure that EBITDA is a good measure of performance with this company as I would expect depreciation to continue to be a high cost item.
Read the RNS, EBITDA2 will be around £115m, not profit. PRETAX more likely to be around £85m I suggest.
Stt,
You keep quoting the £28 reached by Blinkx in 2014. This was a spike which lasted a few days and was not representative of the Blinkx share price over that period (early 2014). I was invested in Blinkx at the time and have tripled my average since then.
Or possibly trend following algorithms have overshot the offer price.
Comparing the offer price with market price before Nov 2020 sucks. All prices last year were depressed because of Covid hence unfair comparison. What's in this for the Directors I wonder.
Must mean more work for ZOO.
My experience with complaints procedure, mainly in response to software issues, leaves a great deal to be desired. Usually you get boiler plate text replies often referring you to their FAQ section of a web site. Then having resubmitted the query you get replies which make it obvious that the recipient has not read your query. On rephrasing you usually get a response from someone else who would appear to be more interested in getting your query out of his/her intray. After a number of attempts you often you just give up. Then you get some automatic request asking if you are satisfied with their service and would you like to fill in a questionnaire. Often management think they know what is happening in their company but often they do not.
Bentr,
I think that putting comments on this bulletin board is appropriate as we are all investors our hard earned cash in this company. The criticisms raised are very valid and should be taken seriously by GJ Brandon whose reply I consider condescending. He should have thanked you for your efforts and promised to have the matter addressed. I will say no more. Just a red flag around to me.
Almost twice as many shares on issue now compared with the time you are referring to which was seven years ago.
