Didn't follow the signals and got bitten again.

Also on twitter ...We will probably get alot of this before the Russian markets open. They are going to want to pump it up as much as possible so they can get as much out as possible before it collapses. Normally someone is not to be trusted when they claim peace whilst blowing up schools+hospitals
Uhhh this is Russia you are talking about....we want crimea , we want Eastern regions recognised and we want neutral state . No budging after invading Ukraine . Would you comply ? If so can i have your house keys ?
Been checking in with my teachers and past young students (now adults) caught up in this war. Some of the students are studying in nearby countries while the rest choose to stay in Ukraine and been sleeping in bomb shelters. Very resilient people.Seeing lots of stories on Twitter about heroic stories ; grandfather bare knuckle fighting a Russian soldier with gun, civilians tearing down local road signs to disorientate russians even a farmer stealing an unmanned tank with his tractor. The Ukrainian government shut down the phone networks too so Russian soldiers couldn't call back to Russia. Communities are working together to resist Putin. Today they announced they are releasing prisoners with combat experience , moral dilemma but they need to defend their country and will place them in the hottest areas. I also saw that some Russian Mums didn't know their Russian boys were fighting in Ukraine only when they saw them as POW pics. Many Ukrainians / Russians have family / business ties and many Russian people know their government lies . PIs have gone into this share not knowing this will happen so BOD will have to navigate through the sanctions and ethics of the company.
Holding my breath before I start dreaming big . Guessing £2.50 or above.
Just like to add this board is very engaging and thank you to those that contribute the facts and figures . It's very helpful.
Also enjoy the banter of the nay sayers , keeps it all balanced.
Great news , another big RNS creating an EUA2, Ammonia and Hydrogen projects, Hopefully, they will tell us what's happening with EUA 1 soon too. They have already mentioned they will be well placed among the majors in PGM but also now new energy. These RNS are coming in weekly. So I will go for a big RNS guess 27th Jan.
Spotify / Skintnurse- Very small world I am in Earley next to Sonning nit far from Tilehurst lol. Moved from Wolverhampton to Southampton then Reading, many moons ago . Looking forward to a shed lot of positive news on this share in 2022.
PGM assay can take about a day but they are doing quite a few and then probably reviewing the data very carefully through a process of people before finalising / publishing. I guess then drip feeding the RNS 's.
Exciting times.
Hi ,This is message I got from HL re: prices not updating . Seems there are more trades off book on this stock which many have already said about MM's trades....
'Thank you for taking time to get in touch. It is possible for the pricing information of some stock to update less frequently than others, for other reasons outside of a live pricing issue. The reasoning for this is the inclusion of off-book (private) trades. Our platform only shows on-book (automated) buys and sells of stocks and doesn't account any off-book dealing that's later announced to the stock exchange by the market makers. The vast majority of places show a bid/offer spread and that is only on-book trades, HL included, so any off-books don't change the website price.Investments such as Eurasia Mining Plc appear to be traded primarily off-book, which I have been able to check on the London Stocks Exchange website under 'Last 5 Trades'. Because of this, the prices on the HL website are purely indicative.I hope this is helpful, however if you have any further questions, please get back to me.'
I am sure Amigo board would already have drawn up several other options and now have to look at a fairer option to their Customers vs Shareholders:
Conclusions
142. I am not satisfied that the court should sanction the Scheme. I understand why the
directors have sought to find a way of addressing the potentially unsustainable level
of redress claims. Moreover, the evidence of the market capitalisation of the Group
suggests that the market considers there to be substantial surplus value in the Group
(over and above the claims of secured creditors); and the directors’ own evidence is
that, if the position of the redress claims can be resolved, the Group should be able to
resume lending and generate profits. Some form of restructuring of the Group is
clearly desirable and indeed needed. But the question is whether, in all the
circumstances, this Scheme should be approved. As explained above, I have accepted
the submissions of the FCA that the Redress Creditors lacked the necessary
information or experience to enable them properly to appreciate the alternative
options reasonably available to them; or to understand the basis on which they were
being asked by Amigo to sacrifice the great bulk of their redress claims, while the
Amigo shareholders were to be allowed to retain their stake.
143. I have also accepted the FCA’s submission that the court’s refusal to sanction the
Scheme will probably not lead to the imminent insolvency of the Group; there is no
evidence of any immediate (or even medium-term) liquidity crunch, and the directors
will doubtless wish, if possible, to preserve the value of the enterprise for its various
stakeholders. The FCA expects the directors to continue to explore and promote a
restructuring which fairly allocates the benefits and losses among the various
Judgment Approved by the court for handing down ALL Scheme Limited
stakeholders. I agree with that, and would urge the directors to continue their efforts
to promote a suitable restructuring.
Who would have thought we would be in a pandemic that stopped the world and pharma companies have created a vaccine in less than a year which normally takes 10 years. My point is supply and demand and there is so much demand for cannabis for medicinal purposes.
