Fools do rush in but this is hardy rushing is it?
As i mentioned yesterday madness is to do the same thing and expect a different outcome. Foolishness is a whisker away from madness!
As of August 2013 BEO had 282,827,365 ordinary shares - on 3rd April it had 602,262,376 ordinary shares and 23,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each under option. So lets say 625,512,376 or a doubling of the shares in issue under Kurt's watch.
The Company held approximately £1,050,767 in cash at 31 October 2019 - some of which Kurt has deemed great value by putting into an unstable Kosovo exploration. 6 month on it will be at least half of that.
3.75p is the share price at present, so without any positive news (a la Kallak) we are realistically looking at another 50,000,000 shares dilution at the next round - 675,000,000 in total- getting towards 2.5 times dilution under Kurt.
I am starting to question is Kurt a better sales person than Clive?
