if (hell freezes over) and we get a yes to Kallak, and the share price rerates next week, will we still be able to take up these shares? I am guessing yes, and although it seems unlikely, it seems like it would be akin to an unofficial shareholder option.

Wow -20% down already. The jury is out on this RNS but big dilution and I hope that I am wrong but it seems to signal the board aren't expecting a decision before January.

Based upon the noise on Avanza they, generally, think it is going to UNESCO. Wow if it is true! It has taken nearly another 2 years to get to this point as dust from an open pit mine may travel 34km and affect Laponia's buffer zone. If my neighbour had an extension I may have to watch out for dust on my washing for a bit, but I wouldn't get on to my friends and relatives to warn them of any impending washing doom in the next street, let alone another town. Farcical if true.

UNESCO? Why not refer it to Santa while they are at it! Not in laponia. End of.

Ibjj - I agree it is shambolic but isn't Kurt damned if he does and damned if he doesn't? Pocko is right it is who it is at the presentation in Sweden. If just one person is there that matters in all of this then it was worth it.
I am as frustrated by all of this as everyone and yes 6 years of Kurt is an apparent failure without a Kallak yes. Could another CEO have got a decision - maybe but we didn't, haven't and are we are where we are. Everyday is closer to a decision, insanity and utter frustration.
