Ibjj - 8 years ago today 100's of companies started including deliveroo, which has been a huge success, many of the other ones have folded or disappeared into insignificance.

Is deliveroo another company you are not invested in and are trying to use it as a tool to demonstrate your all knowing negativity and unhealthy obsession with Beowulf, or are you making the wider point that only a very small percentage of companies succeed on a large scale and there is a huge risk in business as in life.

We are all adults here Ibjj and we know the score or do you want to start a vigil for the companies that tried and didn't succeed, yet had the guts to have a go?( In which case aren't you a big softie deep down Ibjj).

My take on it Toppy is UNESCO is sorted as far as Kurt is concerned as we have applied to all the relevant UNESCO stuff in all the additional HIA/Environment stuff and there are no direct impacts on Laponia with minimal indirect impacts upon 1 villages reindeer herding routes that are surmountable.
As to the motion that should have been sorted in 2012; it is anyone's guess and just highlights the incompetence of successive industry ministers. IMO

I don't think we will, as regardless how anyone voted we have to make the best out of what we have in life and I believe the UK will, because we have to. I just hope for as few casualties as possible along the journey. The EU and Macron do have to watch out as their own biggest problem is themselves with there being many disaffected individuals and states feeling more and more neglected. Covid and climate change are exacerbating this and Rural Sweden is a classic example where a Stockholm centric political base is failing the regions, the climate, the industrial base and ultimately their people.
