There is a hope that Texas regulators announce the Enforcement of oil production cuts today at the beginning of June contract to have the maximum impact on oil price....lets hope this is not just a rumour..though it would make sense for them to cut the production at this time to stabilise the market before hundreds of thousands jobs lost in usa and complete decimation of their oil industry...

Texas WTI steep decline signals the end of shale over production and a lot of barrels off the supplies to balance the oil demands/supplies..
All what is happening now will benefit Brent and oil price in the very near term..

Witnessing the Shale slaughter is not a pretty scene...
I can’t remember a day like this happening to oil price...
Just feel like the big boys of oil majors colluded with trump to weed out all the small shale but the valuable ones to be swallowed by them so they can have control on oil production and thrive at the same time...
Banks and financial backers will never step in again to bail them out...the end.
Oil to start balancing in a more orderly way and if I am right we should see at least Brent reversal very soon..

bunks....I am not talking about if you know the difference between the two or not or it’s relevance.
WTI historically was very relevant and Brent was trading at less in the past and they were moving in tandem together but this movement is now is over until the balance is achieved...
WTI price is related to shale destruction as you guessed but no longer is to Brent as before but once the balance of demands and supplies of sweet oil is achieved they they will go again together..

Pmo is recovering well from today low..but will we end in blue.... me think so..

Brent is in a very different place from WTI...
It will recover much quicker..
Don’t confuse the two at present.....different circumstances so divergence is inevitable..
Shale is on ventilator Reflecting WTI price but not related to Brent as before.
Added gkp and Hur at their lows of the day so far..
Oilers shares at their bottom or not far but no shale companies now..

Genl is showing resilience and looks very strong ...very unlikely to finish below £1 and who knows it may even end in blue....
It will resist going below 99.8. This support point is very strong..

Will Texas regulators announce a cap on production when June contract rollover tomorrow to get a big bounce or will it let Shale destruction to complete its course....
I think the first scenario might be more likely or Trumpy buys the assets in the ground and stop them production to save face about his energy independence...
We are witnessing Shale punishment as it was more like a scam or Ponzi scheme at a very high cost to the banks and financial institutions and now for the USA government to salvage what’s can be salvaged for the future..
