Mr Cautious, I feel your pain as I am underwater with this share too. However, exposure/promotion of this share now would only be self harming as unfortunately highlighting this company's inability to bring any project to fruition would achieve what?

DE does appear to be doing a much better job than previous incumbents and the 4 pieces of news highlighted in TJ Mac's post should lead, in my opinion as well, to a substantial uplift in the share price. Once projects are delivered new investors will come on board.

The wait goes on, but imagine what could happen to the share price if $9 million dollars drops into kzg's bank account from Hebei, instant re-rate and no chance to buy at these cheap prices. I remain a patient holder and have added at these low prices. No advice intended.

Looks like that 1.7 million took out that pesky continual sellers daily allocation in one hit!!

Definitely more buying than selling today. Maybe, just maybe, things are going to improve for us poor VLTH?

Be prepared for the next RNS to disappoint as this share unfortunately never fails to disappoint.

Will we hear that the nuclear permit has been granted? Unlikely

Will we hear that the monies owed for Aftan have been fully paid? Improbable

Will we hear if we have been successful in gaining the prospecting rights over Perdevleui beach? Doubtful

Will we have successfully received some diamond income? Probably not.

Will the share price continue to fall? Probably

Due to none of the above occuring,if a takeover by AMS/Hebei occurs will it be acceptable at a very low share price? Likely

I would love to receive a positive update, but if history is anything to go by management will be excited and shareholders will be disappointed.

The continual selling that has taken the share price so low could be our old chums selling as they need their money out for another project. Don't forget they had a shed load issued at .3p so will have been selling at a profit all the way down.

The company certainly appears to be making positive strides towards production and I hope that in the new year it becomes a reality. I remain optimistic but my glass that has been half full for many years has now drained away to only being a quarter full, let's hope it's topped back up shortly!

Yes, but go back further to the RNS 19/07/22 and the company said that installing a pan plant would overcome the problems with Alexkor. No mention in the update. It should have been up and running over the last year.

"The new facility gives the Company complete control over its diamond production, with Alexkor only being responsible for final sorting and sales. The cost of the pan plant will be paid from out of cashflows from the diamond mine. The Company also anticipates further improvement in cashflows from diamond operations via additional income from making the pan plant available to other contract miners when it is not being used by the Company."

What happened to the Pan Plant?

Will we have the same problems in another years time having paid for another piece of equipment?

Just over £2000 of share sales leads to a drop of 3.5% in the value of the company. Does seem disproportionate and maybe manipulated? Strange indeed....

Hardly punitive, they were given a year to pay in installments whilst benefitting from the income for tantalum and lithium! And as for the earlier comments from another poster that KZG won't get the interest owed for late payments, a contract is a contract...no payment no ownership,simples. DE comes from a lawyer background, I'm sure the contract is watertight. Would be good to hear of some progress though......

Just confirmed on twitter still only 3.5 million received so the payment for April and May have been missed. What's the betting June will be missed too?

Well, 6 years after my 1st investment in a world class Tantalum mine we were on the cusp of supposedly throwing off cash by the skip load. Yet today the lithium mine has been sold for 13m , how has it lost 2m of value in just a few months? So that leaves how much for the world class tantalum mine? Er, nothing by my calculations except 2.5% of something. If the new company are anything like this company, that figure will be very hard to pin down.
Back to jam tomorrow as the market reaction is showing.
How about the board declaring a .2p Divi? Give us something tangible pleeeeease.......

I think the question that needs answering unequivocally is will the tantalum generate 75k or 750k per month as the the corporate presentation clearly states "Tantalum forecast to produce $75,000 in revenues per month with effect from
end-2022.

Wow, up 2.7% on such good news, can you imagine the price if the appeal had been upheld? Yikes

Wow! Huge news no? Maybe this company will finally be run to the benefit of the shareholders, let's hope so. This really should be the turning point for all lth's to see some improvement in the business and share price, fingers crossed!

I think the markets view on the latest RNS has realistically focused on the words 2.5 million cost rather than the companies "accretive" perspective.

Wow, this share never fails to disappoint!! What happened to the diamond sales? The tantalum sales? The licence for the HMS? Will there ever be any good news.
